I find myself some days thinking about all the things I have to do and thinking that I have no time to get them all done. I work a full-time job as a truck driver, 6 days 48 hours a week. I am married and have 2 beautiful children. My wife is a stay at home mom. We also home school our children. With this comes a lot of time planning curriculums and scheduling extra activities for learning. It is a full-time job just like being a teacher in a public setting. My wife has started letting our daughter, who is 7 years old, help with the preparation of meals. The other day my daughter prepared our evening dinner, Loaded Baked Potato Soup and Cheddar Bay Biscuits. It was delicious and she felt so proud of her accomplishment.
